Process of getting the certificate

BCA (Building and construction authority) conducts a pre-assessment if needed. It is followed by a proper assessment by which BCA will verify the required reports and all the documents to make sure that the building concerned follows the criteria and is of the level of certification. A visit by the BCA team is conducted upon the completion of the project for verification and certification is then issued.
